THE GAZEITE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY (FART 1- - Scc. 11 2. समिति का गठन और इसके विचारायं विषय निम्न प्रकार से होंगे : - - ( 1) श्री वामोदर पाण्डे सदस्य सचिव , ( कर्मचारी प्रतिनिधि ) इन्टक , पो . प्रा . रागढ़ छावनी, जिला हजारीबाग, बिहार । ( 2 ) श्रीभार. ए. पी . सिंह, सदस्य निदेशक , कोल इंडिया लि ., (नियोक्ता में प्रतिनिधि ) 10, नेताजी सुभाष रोड, कलकत्ता - 700001 ( 3 ) उपमुख्य श्रमायुक्त ( केन्द्रीय ) सदस्य धनबाब संयोजक 3. प्रस्तावित समिति के विचारार्यविषय निम्न रूप से होंगे । " क्या क्रमशः 21 जून, 1988 और 25 जुलाई, 1983 को भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना का. मा . संख्या 2063 और 3103 के तहत पहले ही प्रतिषिद्ध कोयला धान-मालाओं से संबंधित ( 1 ) भूमि गत खानों में से पत्थर हैरों को इदाने और पत्थर काटने के विभिन्न कार्य , ( 2) राख हटारे, अधिक सफाई करने , मैग्नेटाइट हटाने इत्यादि सहित संयंत्रों की सफाई के कार्यों में छूट देना न्यायसंगत है ? " 4. समिति का मुख्यालय धनबाद में होगा । समिति प्रानी रिपोर्ट 6 माह के अन्दर- अन्दर प्रस्तुन कर देगी । ग . घोष , संयुक्त सचिव MINISTRY OF LABOUR RESOLUTION New Delhi, the 14th January , 1993 No . U - 23013/ 13 / 92 -LW. -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation and Abolition ) Act, 1970 ( 37 of , 1970) , the Ceitral Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitute a Committee to review the (i) Driving of Stone drifts & miscellaneous stone cutting jobs in under ground miss and ( ii ) Plant cleaning including removal of spillage wastes. much 111 . etential ec. relating to coal Washeries. The composition of the Committee and its terms of rerference will be as under : (i) Shri Damodar Pandey, Member Secretary , ( Employees ' representative ) INTUC , P .O . Ramgarh Cantt ., Distt. Hazaribagh , Bihar . (ii) Shri R . A . P . Singh , Member Director , (Employees' representative ) Coal India Ltd ., 10 , Netaji Subhash Road , Calcutta -700001., ( iii) Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner Member Convenor . ( Central) Dhanbad . 3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be asfollows: “ Whether there is justification for grant of exemption in the jobs of ( i) Driving of stone drifts & miscellaneous stone cutting jobs in underground mines, ( ii ) Plant cleaning including removal of spillage wastes much cleaning magnetic removal etc . relating is coal washeries already prohibited under Government of India Notification S. O . Nos. 2063 and 3103 dated 21st June, 1988 and 25th July , 1983 respectively " ? 4 . The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Dhanbad , The Committee would submit its report within six months.
