So we do not know everything about ourselves and those around us All humans have different attributes, God -Almighty wanted us to be different, and did not create us identical, and did not want to be recitations of one nature, but wanted to be different and diverse. God Almighty declared about this difference in more than one place in his holy book 10 {If thy Lord had so willed, He could have made humankind one people: but they will not cease to dispute.} [Surah Hud- Verse 118] {In addition, if Allah had willed, He could have made you [of] one religion, but He causes to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. and you will surely be questioned about what you used to do} [Surah An-Nahl Verse 93] Therefore, human beings attributes are different, and this difference is very necessary for the continuation of life, each of us has a role in life. These different roles require different characteristics and attributes of course, and no one can be assured of his knowledge and ability to communicate with all types of people. One of us may find a difficulty in dealing with those who differ from him in personality traits and characteristics. Different jobs may require people of different stature. There are jobs that require leadership traits. There are jobs that require the ability to communicate with people. There are jobs that require a great deal of intelligence and high concentration. There are jobs that require decisiveness and taking decisions, and so on.
