State Legal Expense Fund Transfer ................................................................................................................................................................ 346 DCI Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance The Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI) protects Missouri consumers through our oversight of the insurance industry, banks, credit unions, utilities and various professional licensees operating in the state. DCI’s strategic priority is to educate and advocate for Missourians as well as regulate fairly and impartially the industries and professionals under our purview.
