Zhao (U. C. Santa-Barbara - USA) covered the link prediction issue from an empiricalperspective.Theirsupportoftheworkshopiswithoutadoubtoneofthe reasonsofthesuccessofCOMPLEXNETWORKS2016. Twospeakersgaveveryilluminatingtutorialsthatdrewmanyconferencepartici- pants.Thesetalks,heldonNovember29,2016wereaccessibletoageneralaudience of graduate students.
