Many of the day’s lessons included historical events of the last 100 years and predictions of the next 100 years. Some students practiced budgeting and spend- ing $100 for groceries using local ads. It has been a great day at West Irvine Elementary. Our district usually misses numerous days of school in December and January due to inclement weather and this is the earliest we’ve made it to the 100 day mark in some time…having only two snow days this school year.
