MISSION CARDS FOR KIDS

 After presenting the mission report or
at the end of Sabbath School, give the
children the corresponding mission card.
Remind them to pray for the child/children
featured on the card during the week.
 The following week, hold up the previous
week’s card and ask the children what they
remember about that child or their story.
 Remind children that there are three things
they can do to help others learn about God:
1 Tell them about Jesus
2 Pray for those who are telling others
about Jesus
3 Give their mission offerings so that
those we can’t tell have a chance to
learn about Jesus.
 Encourage the children to collect all 12
cards each quarter.

The mission stories and the
Thirteenth Sabbath Offering
are 100 years old this year!
Pray that God will bless the
missionary families around the
world. Pray that our mission
offerings will help many more
children and adults learn that
Jesus loves them.

Oognah and Jakna
Oognah [OOG-nah] didn’t
know about Jesus until a friend
invited Oognah to church.
Pray that as she tells her
brother, Jakna [JAHK-nah],
and her parents about God,
they will love Him too.
 Mongolia has about 2.8
million people and only
1,660 Adventist Christians.

helping her family find Jesus.
Pray that many more people in
Mongolia will learn to love God.
 Our mission offerings help
teach the people of Mongolia
that Jesus loves them. Our
Thirteenth Sabbath Offerings
have helped provide churches
for believers, too.

Hongra
Hongra [HONG-rah] loved
listening to music on the radio. But
her grandmother taught her that
it’s better to sing music that honors
God. Pray that Hongra’s love for
music will help her friends want to
know about Jesus.
 Most of the believers in Mongolia
are young people. Part of this
quarter’s Thirteenth Sabbath
Offering will help provide a youth
training center in Mongolia.
