NOTIFICATION
No.05 (Mis.)/ll- l 5-1912017 .- Second Schedule appended to Chhattisgarh High Court Services
(Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 20 I 7 is amended as below;
"Column 5 ofSerial No. 6 shall stand substituted as follows:
(l)
By direct re€ruitaent.
(ii)
By absorption, as aone time measure ofthose who are now employed, by whatever mode and means,
as part ofTechnical Man Power under E-Court Mission Mode Project, who have completed 30 months of
service,"
These amendments shall come into force w. e. f. the date of issuance ofnotification.
