No.F-4-325lHome-C/2005.-Whereas,byvideDeparhnentalOrderNo.l16160671201911-8,dated09January,
2020 of General Administration Deparfinent of the Government of Chhattisgarh, Additional Director General of Police,
Intelligence, Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar has been declared as Special Duty Officer, Home Deparfrnent
Mantralaya for the purpose of smooth and proper functioning of Chhattisgarh State Private Security of the Agency

Now therefore, as per the above order, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section ( I ) of Section 3 ofthe
private SecurityAgency (Regulation)Act, 2005 (No. 29 of 2005) and in supersession of deparfinental vide Notification
dated02-09-201 l, the State Government, hereby, designates Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Police
Headquarters, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh and Special Duty Officer, Home Department, Mantralaya as
Controlling Authority for the purposes of the said Act'
