NOTIFICATION
No. F l-17l2009/35/Esstt.- In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the
Chhattisgarh Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department Class-IV Service Recruitment Rules,
2009, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l. In preamble, for the words "Class-lV service in Chhattisgarh Animal Husbandry and Dairy
Development Department", the words, symbols and parenthesis "Chhattisgarh Livestock Development
Department Class-IV (Dary) Services" shall be substituted.
2. ' In rule 1, For sub-rule (1)l the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Livestock Development Department Class-lV (Dairy)
Service Recruitment Rules, 2009"
3. In Schedule, in column (13), for the entry number I and2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. Director, Animal and Dairy - Chairman
2. Deputy Milk Commissioner, - Member."
