What food do you like to add cabbage? Mexican food is our favorite, but it really depends on what we’re craving! With Cabbage Patch Recipes, we wanted to share our excitement for cabbage with you so that you never run out of weeknight or lunchtime recipes with the amazing veggie. It’s fresh, fun, crunchy, and light, and it doesn’t taste too much like a veggie, which makes it perfect in our eyes! We don’t want to go out on a limb too much, but we’d even dare say, the more you add, the more you can eat just because it’s super diet friendly too! Whichever your reasons are for loving cabbage, though, we’re just glad you do! So come on, we’ve got lots to share with you! To help you find your way around, we’ve broken down 25 recipes into 3 chapters. In the first chapter, you will learn some basic recipes like Chicken Cabbage Stew, Sweet Broccoli Noodles, and Beef Broth with Cabbage. In chapter two, you´ll learn recipes of moderate difficulty like Chicken Hakka Rice Noodle, Scallop Cabbage Soup, and Beef Mushroom Noodles. In chapter 3, you will learn more difficult recipes like Sake and Cabbage Soup, Tofu Cabbage Soup, and Spinach Cabbage Soup. Don’t be discouraged by the difficulty; they aren’t all that difficult at all! In fact, we made all of the recipes easy to follow for all-level cooks, so don’t worry! Now that we’ve made our point on why cabbage is the best vegetable in the world, we’re curious, what will you cook first? While we’d like you to get started right away, we understand if you’re busy and need a day or two to actually go down to the grocery store to get everything you need, but don’t leave us waiting too long! If you’d like, we can even go into our veggie garden and bring back 2-3 cabbages for you to get started if that helps! Everything is truly delicious, so don’t worry too much about which recipe you pick because you won’t be disappointed. In fact, you may just find a new favorite vegetable dish! Good luck! Scallop Cabbage Soup Preparation Time: 35 minutes Makes: 2 This recipe will fix the digestion problem for you if you are too disturbed! Ingredient List: Water – 2 cups Ramen noodles – 1 pack Water – 2 ½ cups Cabbage – 3 cups Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar – 1 teaspoon Mushrooms (sliced) – 5 Green onions (sliced) – 2 Ginger (minced) – 1 teaspoon Butter – 1 teaspoon Scallops – 8 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Methods: Boil the ramen noodles into a pot. When done, rinse it and keep it aside in a bowl. Make sure to rinse it with cold water. Now get a saucepan and add water to it. Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce and bring it to a boil. Put the heat on low and cover it with the lid. Now add the following ingredients such as green onions, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook them for about 5 minutes and mix well in the water. Now add half of the noodles to the mixture and stir it well. Let it cook on low heat. Get a skillet and cook the scallops in it for about 10 minutes. When done, add it to the soup and then serve it in a bowl when ready. Vegetable Noodles Preparation Time: 35 minutes Makes: 2 Extract enough fiber from this recipe which can help you for the whole week! Ingredient List: Noodles – 2 packs Soy sauce – 4 tablespoons Sesame oil – 4 tablespoons Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon Caster sugar – 1 tablespoon Chili oil – ½ tablespoons Cabbage – 3 cups Red pepper – 1 pinch Spring onions (sliced) – 1 bunch Carrots (sliced) – 2 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Methods: Get a large pot and boil the noodles in it. Drain the water and rinse the noodles when done. Keep them in a separate bowl. Add cabbage into a bowl. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and sugar. Mix it well and make sure the sugar dissolves well. Add the mixture to the noodles and coat them well with the mixture. Keep it aside for 10 minutes and then prepare the onions and carrots. Mix the carrots, onions, and red pepper in the noodle bowl and serve when ready with adding rice vinegar on the top of it! Enjoy the delicious noodles recipe! Special Cabbage Noodles Preparation Time: 35 minutes Makes: 3 You will love this noodle recipe filled with various vitamins! Ingredient List: Rice noodles – 2 pounds Oil – 2 tablespoons Ginger (minced) – 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped) – 2 tablespoons Salt to taste Cabbage – 3 cups Pork (minced) – 1 pound Onion (chopped) – ½ Hot water – 6 cups Chicken bouillon – 1 cube Fish sauce – 2 tablespoons Lemon juice – ½ tablespoons Coriander (chopped) – 1 bunch XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Methods: Get a pot and add water to it to boil the noodles. Rinse them when it is cooked. Now get a pan and heat the oil in it by adding ginger and garlic to it. When it turns light brown, then add onion, cabbage and pork to it. Fry it well and then adds water to it with the chicken bouillon. Mix it well by adding fish sauce to it. Add salt to it and stir it well. Now add lemon juice to it and combine it well. Now pour the mixture into the bowl of noodles and sprinkle the coriander on the top. Enjoy the noodles with delicious flavor with your family! Beef Mushroom Noodles Preparation Time: 35 minutes Makes: 2 If you wish to have a strong immune system, then here is the recipe for you to cook tonight! Ingredient List: Soy sauce – ¾ cup Cabbage – 3 cups White sugar – ¼ cup Noodles – 8 oz. Canola oil – 2 tablespoons Sirloin beef (sliced) – 1 pound Onion (sliced) – 1 Canola oil – 1 tablespoon Celery stalks (sliced) – 2 Carrots (sliced) – 2 Green onions (pieced) – 5 Mushrooms (sliced) – 4 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Methods: Add cabbage into the bowl. Mix sugar and soy sauce. Take a pot and boil the noodles for 2 minutes. Make sure you keep a check on it and then take it off to rinse with cold water. Now get a pan and heat it by adding canola oil to it. Cook the beef in it for about 10 minutes until it is soft and tender. When the beef is cooked, add celery, mushrooms, carrot and onion to it. Stir it well, so all mix well. Now add the green onions along with the noodles. Now when the entire mixture simmers, then serve it in a big bowl to enjoy it with your family!
