Technology Showcase exhibitors have a choice between: 1. (1) 6’ blue skirted table and (2) folding chairs 2. (1) 4’x8’ poster board and (1) folding chair 3. (2) easels and (1) folding chair Note: This choice must be made in the eventPower Awardee Showcase portal by February 16th, 2018. If not, the default is a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Any changes onsite will be charged to the exhibiting company. For example, if you decide to change out your 6’ table for posters your company will be charged for the posters. There are no table/chair substitutions. Any furnishings, other than provided, are to be ordered through Heritage. Discount Price Deadline Date In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheet, we must receive your order and payment by Friday, February 23rd, 2018.
