FOR APPROVAL OF THE PLAN OF ACTIONS FOR THE NATIONAL STRATEGY ON HUMAN RIGHTS
PROTECTION

Accepting as a basis Point 2 of Order NK-159-N of the President of the Republic of Armenia "On
approval of the National Strategy on Human Rights Protection" of 29 October 2012, the Government of the Republic
of Armenia decides:
1. To approve the Plan of Actions deriving from the National Strategy on Human Rights Protection, in
accordance with the Appendix.
2. To assign to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia to discuss, in case of presence of an appeal
submitted in the prescribed manner, the possibility of providing funding for the Plan of Actions deriving from the National
Strategy on Human Rights Protection within the scope of the budget process of the given year.
3. To assign the heads of relevant republican executive bodies and propose to the heads of the bodies
established by law to submit a report on the completed activities to the staff of the National Security Council of the
Republic of Armenia, the staff of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Justice of the
Republic of Armenia every semester.
4. This Decision shall enter into force on the tenth day following the official promulgation.
