He gave this community so much of his time, his talent and his stewardship. So much ofwhat we enjoy in this community....Storrs Pond, the Nugget Theatre, our charming downtown, the location and condition of so many of our public facilities all are a direct result ofLou's commitment, his vision and his involvement. Together with his wife Ann, he helped guide and care for the Town and its citizens right up until his death. This community was truly blessed by his presence. Severs Parti Warrant For Town Meeting May 2003 13, WARRANT FOR THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING GRAFTON, TOWN OF HANOVER ss TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF HANOVER, NEW HAMPSHIRE, who are qualified to vote in Town affairs: TAKE NOTICE AND BE WARNED, that the Annual Town Meeting of the Town ofHanover, New Hampshire, will be held as follows: ON TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2003 AT THE GYMNASIUM, HANOVER HIGH SCHOOL, LEBANON STREET, HANOVER, THERE WILL BE VOTING BY OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR THE ELECTION OF TOWN OFFICERS AND ALL OTHER ARTICLES REQUIRING VOTE BY OFFICIAL BALLOT. THE POLLS WILL OPEN AT 7:00 AM AND CLOSE AT 7:00 PM. ARTICLES TWELVE THROUGH FORTY WILL BE PRESENTED, DISCUSSED AND ACTED UPON BEGINNING AT PM AT THE 7:00 GYMNASIUM, HANOVER HIGH SCHOOL, LEBANON STREET, HANOVER. ARTICLE ONE: To vote (by nonpartisan ballot) forthe following Town Officers: Two Selectmen, each to serve for a term ofthree (3) years; One Treasurer to serve for aterm ofone (1) year; One Library Trustee to serve for aterm ofthree (3) years; One Supervisor ofthe Checklist to serve for aterm ofone (1) year; One Trustee ofTrust Funds to serve for aterm ofthree (3) years. ARTICLE TWO (to vote by ballot): To see ifthe Town will vote to amend the existing Hanover Zoning Ordinance as proposed by the Hanover Planning Board in Amendment No. 1: The following question is on the official ballot: "Are you in favor ofthe adoption ofAmendment No. 1 as proposed by the Plarming Board for the Hanover Zoning Ordinance as follows?" AmendmentNo. 1 would amend Table 204.7 to permit "Hotel" as an additional use allowed by Special Exception in the Rural Residential District, provided that it is located on Route 10 (Lyme Road) and can be served by both public sewer and water. At a Public Hearing held on April 1, 2003, the Hanover Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend that Town Meeting approve this zoning amendment.
