APPOINTMENT OF Smt. MADALA ADI LAKSHMI, ADVOCATE AS ADDITIONAL
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE IV ADDITIONAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S
COURT, GUNTUR.

Under sub Section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act
No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000,
Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Smt Madala Adi Lakshmi, Advocate as Additional
Public Prosecutor for the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Guntur, for a period of three (3)
years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of her services, whichever is earlier
with a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) per month, as per
G.O.Rt.No. 174, Law (L.3) Department, dated : 31-01-2014. The conditions of service of the said
Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.
187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.
The Joint Director Prosecutions (FAC), O/o Director of Prosecutions, Andhra Pradesh,
Vijayawada is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
