The major part of the development of these technologies takes the intelligent wireless communications, smartservicesandthenewapplications.ThepapersinVolume2oftheproceedings werepresentedatthe3rdInternationalConferenceonWirelessCommunications andApplications(ICWCA)onDecember21–23(2019)inHaikou,Hainan,China.
